**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective students and parents to promote educational programs offered by the institute.
- Provide detailed information about the courses and educational programs offered by the institute and answer any questions or concerns potential students or parents may have.
- Collect and maintain accurate information about prospective students, including their contact details, educational background, and interests.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential leads and follow up with them to encourage enrollment in the institute's programs.
- Develop and implement telemarketing strategies that align with the institute's overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the institute's marketing and admissions teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to enrollment.
- Meet and exceed individual and team targets for lead generation, enrollment, and revenue generation.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with potential students and parents and represent the institute in a positive light.
- Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines while engaging in telemarketing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
