We are looking for a Telemarketing Executive to join our sales team and help us reach out to potential customers. And to join our sales team and generate leads for our products and services.

To be successful as a Telemarketing Executive, your responsibilities includes:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Provide accurate and relevant information about the features, benefits, and prices of the products or services
- Answer customers' questions and address their concerns or complaints
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Record customer details, transactions, and feedback in a database or CRM system
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times
- Achieving Call targets and quotas

To be successful as a Telemarketing Executive, you should have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A persuasive and customer-oriented approach
- A positive and resilient attitude
- Graduates and Post graduates can apply.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred
