**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated **Telemarketer** to drive lead generation and sales for SKEPPER. As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. You should be persuasive, have excellent communication skills, and be passionate about achieving targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce SKEPPER’s services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, or referrals.
- Qualify leads based on their needs, industry, and potential for conversion.
- **Sales Pitching**:

- Deliver scripted sales presentations highlighting the value of our branding, design, and marketing solutions.
- Tailor presentations to the specific needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and the process to ensure clarity.
- **Appointment Setting**:

- Schedule appointments or meetings for senior sales executives to further engage qualified leads.
- Maintain a clear record of calls, prospects, and outcomes in CRM software.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Address objections, provide solutions, and guide prospects towards booking a meeting with the sales team.
- **Reporting**:

- Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly call performance.
- Provide feedback on call scripts, client interests, and the effectiveness of marketing materials.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role (1-2 years preferred).
- Experience in outbound sales or lead generation for a creative or marketing agency is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade.
- Strong listening skills to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a focus on meeting sales targets.
- **Other**:

- Ability to work flexible hours depending on target markets (Gulf/Asia/Europe).
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi) are a plus.
