
Office Administrator

**The Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Office Management**: Maintain office supplies inventory, order and replenish as needed; coordinate office equipment maintenance and repairs.
- **Administrative Support**: Schedule appointments and meetings, prepare meeting materials, arrange travel and accommodation for staff.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital), update company databases, generate reports as needed.
- **Vendor Relations**: Liaise with vendors for office supplies and services, negotiate contracts and pricing.
- **Project Assistance**: Provide support with special projects, presentations, and events as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in an office administration or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional fluency in Hindi or regional languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with a meticulous attention-to-detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,257.45 per month
