**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee general office operations and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and databases.
- Prepare reports and documents as needed.
- Provide support to management and other departments as required
**Requirements**:
- Graduate with 2-4 years of experience in administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
