Job Description:
Swami Devi Dyal Group of Professional Institutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Administrative Executive to manage day-to-day administrative and accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and prior experience in office coordination and administrative management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day office administrative operations efficiently.
- Maintain and manage records, files, and documentation.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks such as data entry, vouchers, and maintaining ledgers.
- Coordinate with departments, faculty, and staff for smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, letters, and official correspondence.
- Manage inventory, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
- Support HR and finance teams in administrative functions when required.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or Commerce (B.Com).
- 1–3 years of experience in office administration or related work.
- Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals and office procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
