QHT Clinic is a rapidly growing healthcare organization committed to delivering quality care. We are looking for a proactive **Process Coordinator** to provide executive-level support and ensure smooth coordination across teams and projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel schedules for senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
- Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and official communications.
- Act as a bridge between management and internal teams.
- Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings and action items.
- Track progress of key initiatives and ensure timely updates.
- Support HR/Operations in onboarding, documentation, and task tracking.
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors when required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline (Business/Management preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant/Coordinator/Administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,888.31 - ₹24,000.00 per month
