**About Life Skill Learnings**
**Team Summary**:
This role is parts of Life Skill Learnings Sales team. Sales team is responsible for connect with new or existing customers to convert leads into prospects or sale new services. Sales team also find avenues for pitching services to businesses or customers on various forums.
**Your Responsibilities**:
Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Connecting with new customers/leads and explain our offerings and sale our programs.
- Finding platforms and forums for engaging with new customers such as fairs, online forums, conferences, etc.
- Building pitching deck and connecting with other businesses to generate new customer leads, tie-ups, and market expansion opportunities.
- Any other duties as may be assigned time to time relevant to Sales role.
Since we are an online education institute who primarily caters to students abroad, this position does not have fixed hours and offers flexibility to work from anywhere anytime. However, person is expected to be available normally to coordinate with other team members from marketing, operations, finance, and IT. This is a full-time job and about 40 hours per week is expected. Because of online nature, some weekend, early morning, and evening work is expected.
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Have completed bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, management, or communication
- Have your own Windows laptop or desktop with broadband internet, Microsoft Excel and Word, Chrome browser, and a Smartphone with WhatsApp and other Apps
- Have strong written and oral English communication
- Have relevant experience in customer service or sales, with direct & verbal customer communication
- Bring energy and enthusiasm to take ownership to generate ideas
- Demonstrate professional behaviour with high quality results
**Preferred Additional Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint in making sales pitches
- Prior experience in B2B and B2C sales
- Prior experience in education sector
**Benefits**:
- Monthly fixed salary based on your qualifications
- Additional incentives based on number of B2B sales converted above a threshold post 3-month performance based on mutual discussion
- This is a freelancer position and will not offer other benefits than those mentioned above
**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
