**About Us**

We are a leading solar company in Australia dedicated to helping homeowners and businesses reduce energy costs through sustainable solar solutions. To support our growing operations, we are looking for motivated Appointment Setters who can generate qualified solar appointments through outbound calling.

**Role Overview**

As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our solar products and services, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a crucial role in building customer interest and ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential customers across Australia.
- Educate prospects about the benefits of solar energy solutions.
- Qualify leads based on interest, eligibility, and suitability.
- Schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure compliance with company policies and Australian telemarketing regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service (solar industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism on calls.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance-driven environments.
- Availability for part-time or full-time work (flexible schedules can be discussed).
- Must have a reliable internet connection, computer, and headset (for remote work).
