**Job Title: Appointment Setter - Marketing Agency**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Qualify leads and align potential clients' business needs with our agency services.
- Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and client interactions in CRM software.
- Report daily tasks and progress during daily team calls.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach success to optimize future efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and conversations at once.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment-setting workflows.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving outreach and appointment goals.
- Knowledge of digital marketing or performance marketing is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- **First month (Probationary Period)**: ₹2500
- **Post-probation**: ₹5000-15000 + commission, based on previous performance.
- **Incentives**: Additional commission for successful conversions.
