**About Us**

We are a performance-driven company focused on generating qualified leads and booking sales calls for high-ticket offers across coaching, digital services, SaaS, and other industries. We're now looking to add a seasoned DM Setter to our team someone who can confidently handle conversations and appointment setting across **Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn.**

**Role Overview**

As our DM Setter, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound DMs across multiple platforms. Your goal is simple: build relationships, qualify leads, and book sales calls for our closers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage DM conversations on Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn
- Execute outbound lead generation strategies using targeted search, hashtags, filters, and scripts
- Respond to inbound leads efficiently and guide them toward booked calls
- Research, identify, and initiate conversations with ideal prospects using Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools
- Track all conversations, lead stages, and outcomes in a CRM or tracking sheet
- Book 10-15+ qualified calls/month (SQLs) through meaningful, non-spammy conversations
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to fine-tune messaging and optimize funnel performance
- Report weekly performance and insights to leadership

**Requirements**:

- 3-4 years of proven experience as a DM Setter or Appointment Setter
- Proficient with Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn outreach
- Strong understanding of social selling and how DMs convert to booked calls
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instagram DM tools, Twitter lists, and CRM platforms
- Excellent English writing skills with the ability to build rapport through text
- Familiarity with various industries (coaching, B2B, marketing, SaaS, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet daily outreach KPIs

**Bonus If You Have**:

- Experience booking 20+ sales calls/month regularly
- Built or scaled a DM SOP or script bank
- Experience with automation tools like PhantomBuster, Dripify, or LinkedIn outreach tools
- Copywriting skills for DM personalization
