**Job Summary**:
The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Gully Ventures office. This role involves managing office operations, assisting with project logistics, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and supporting the leadership team in administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance needs
- Handle internal documentation, invoices, petty cash, and basic accounts
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and shoot logistics for video production teams
- Schedule meetings and calls, and maintain the director's calendar
- Communicate with clients and vendors for operational requirements
- Support HR activities such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and payroll data
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist in project tracking and ensuring timelines are met
- Ensure the studio/office environment is well-kept and functional

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in office administration or coordination
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment
- Passion for the media, entertainment, or production industry is a plus

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Positive, problem-solving attitude
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Flexibility to work odd hours during event/project shoots

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
