**Responsibility**

**Required Skills & Abilities**:

- Strong Leadership Skills
- Experience with P&L and forecasting.
- A strong background in Project Management.
- An elevated level of performance in project budgeting, scheduling, risk management and construction and subcontractor monitoring and oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of oil field construction principles/practices.
- Ability to lead and develop direct reports and maintain relationships with external entities in a respectful manner.
- Ability to respectfully hold others accountable.
- Execute great follow-up skills internal and external.
- Ability to monitor daily reports, employee timecards, and make sure Invoices are approved in a timely manner.
- Ability to travel to sites to evaluate status, quality, and safety performance.
- Ability to understand and utilize all our client’s software, systems, and processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite; proficiency in using scheduling and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communications. Excellent negotiation skills
- Provide mentoring, performance management, motivation, and daily supervision of personnel.
- Direct and evaluate the ongoing training and development of personnel.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree required, in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. MBA PM Preferred.
- 20-25 years or more years of progressive construction management experience required, with the ability to manage all levels of construction projects and teams effectively and efficiently.
- Five (5) or more years of experience working in construction of building, hotels, towers, infrastructure management role.
- Five (5) or more years Project Management experience.
- The incumbent may be expected to travel to other work sites with prior notice.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
