- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate seamless communication between customers and the sales team.
- Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide updates on customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in the development of marketing campaigns by providing customer insights and data.
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies in the real estate sector.
