Corporate Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential corporate clients within the target market.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
**Sales Process Management**:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at corporate clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to achieve sales goals.
- Share market intelligence and customer feedback with the organization.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in corporate sales with a strong closing ability.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools.
**Desired Skills**
- Experience in Corporate sales.
- Understanding of Makoba's products or services - Pens, Corporate Gifting Industry.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and best practices.
