**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting**
- Identify and qualify potential corporate clients across relevant sectors.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through lead generation, networking, cold calling, and research.
- Engage decision-makers within organizations that can benefit from our offerings.
**Sales Presentations & Consultative Selling**
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using consultative sales techniques.
- Present the benefits of bundling products such as **SME**, **Health Insurance**, **Health Assistance**, and **Roadside Assistance**.
- Build strategic, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
**Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure**
- Lead end-to-end deal negotiations with corporate clients.
- Manage objections and finalize contracts with defined implementation timelines.
- Ensure seamless transition from deal closure to service delivery.
**Account Management & Growth**
- Work with internal teams to onboard and service new clients.
- Foster strong relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving issues proactively.
- Identify and execute upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
**Sales Target Achievement & Reporting**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue goals.
- Track and report sales performance and market activity.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
**Team Collaboration**
- Partner with marketing to develop client-centric proposals and campaigns.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Share client and market insights with leadership to guide strategy.
**QualificationsExperience**
- 3-5 years in **corporate sales** or **key account management**, preferably in insurance, assistance services, or financial products.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, handling large accounts, and closing complex deals.
**Skills & Abilities**
- Strong **negotiation** and **closing** skills.
- Excellent **communication**, **presentation**, and **relationship-building** abilities.
- Proficient in **consultative sales** and solution-based approaches.
- Target-driven, strategic thinker, and highly adaptable.
**Education**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, **Finance**, or related field.
- **MBA** or relevant professional certifications are an added advantage.
**Technical Skills**
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** and **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with **contract management**, sales workflows, and the **insurance/assistance sector**.

- Achievement of sales and acquisition targets.
- Growth in client base and retention rates.
- Revenue generation and upselling success.
- Customer satisfaction and contract renewal rates.
