
Inside Sales Executive

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Executive who will be the crucial link between our network of clinics and the corporate digital marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves being at the centre of activity, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly across departments.
Be the voice of our clinics and make sure all the steps of our clinics counts.
**What You'll Do**:
- Act as the primary liaison between clinic teams and the corporate paid campaign department.
- Set up and coordinate regular meetings to review digital marketing performance and align goals.
- Monitor campaign performance reports; identify gaps or underperformance, and flag areas that need action.
- Ensure feedback from clinics is communicated clearly and followed through with the relevant teams.
- Maintain structured documentation of performance updates, follow-ups, and campaign insights.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and ensure a smooth flow of communication and accountability.
- Drive action plans and support campaign optimizations that directly impact business results.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and paid campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to analyze reports and convert data into actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset with the confidence to coordinate across teams.
