**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Inside Sales Executive** with around **1 year of experience** to support our sales operations. The role combines **inside sales activities** with **sales coordination responsibilities**, ensuring smooth communication between clients, the sales team, and internal departments to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Inside Sales**:

- Maintain and update the funnel with accurate customer and sales data.
- Follow up on inquiries and coordinate with the sales team for closures.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for prospective clients.
- Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Sales Coordination**:

- Assist the sales team with order processing, documentation, and customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, operations) to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Handle basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation for meetings.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or as a sales coordinator.
