**About the Role**:
We are looking for a highly motivated **Inside Sales Executive** to join our dynamic sales team. This role is responsible for converting leads into customers through consultative selling of our products. If you’re persuasive, proactive, and customer-focused, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable product solutions.
- Maintain a strong follow-up system for lead nurturing and conversions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain updated records of interactions and deals in the CRM.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams for smooth handoffs and upsells.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or direct B2C/B2B product sales.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and resolve objections.
