**Job Title**:Outbound Sales Specialist**Location**:Mohali**Shift**:Night Shift (Fixed)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify potential customers through research and databases.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Identifying customer needs and communicating the client’s value proposition.
- Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Present company products or services effectively to meet client needs.
- Manage and develop your diary, schedule call-backs, and future opportunities.
- Working with weekly KPIs and targets.
- Handle objections and negotiate to close deals.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in outbound sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
