**Job Title**: Sales Development Representative (SDR) / Telemarketer
**Location**: Mohali (Work from Office)

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Shift**: US Shift (Monday to Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international prospects (primarily US-based businesses).
- Introduce our services, handle objections, and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings/appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and activities in CRM.
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly targets.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in outbound international sales, SDR, or telemarketing preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Confident, persuasive, and goal-driven personality.
- Ability to work in **US business hours (night shift IST)**.
- Must be comfortable with a **work-from-office role in Mohali**.
- Familiarity with CRM tools/software is an advantage.
