**Job Summary**:
The Outbound Calling is responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, generate leads, conduct surveys, or provide customer support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to achieve targets and goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided lists.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to promote products, services, or gather information.
- **Lead Generation and Sales**:

- Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues.
- **Data Entry and Management**:

- Accurately record customer interactions and details in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information and ensure data accuracy.
- **Follow-Up Calls**:

- Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments or further interactions for the sales team if necessary.
- **Survey and Feedback Collection**:

- Conduct surveys to collect customer feedback and market research data.
- Compile and report survey results to the relevant departments.
- **Performance Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities, outcomes, and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback on customer responses and potential areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
