**Job Title**: Outbound Calling Executive (Night Shift)

**Location**: Sector 74 Mohali
**Department**: Sales / Lead Generation

We are looking for **experienced and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Executives** to join our night shift team. The role involves making outbound calls to potential leads, engaging with prospects, and generating qualified leads for our business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Pitch products/services effectively and create interest among prospects.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a proper record of client interactions.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality.
- Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent communication on every call.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum **2 years of experience** in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English (mandatory).
- **Shift**: Willingness to work in **night shifts**.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejections confidently.
