We are a growing firm in the **Law Firm and Staffing industry**, providing services to clients across the USA. We are looking for an experienced **Virtual Assistant (Outbound Calling)** to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to USA clients for **lead generation & appointment setting**:

- Conduct follow-ups with potential and existing clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in **USA outbound calling** (call center experience preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to understand & speak in a **neutral/USA accent**:

- Proven experience in **appointment setting, lead generation, and follow-ups**:

- Professional, disciplined, and able to work independently
- Flexible to work **remotely initially** and shift to **onsite (Mohali)** after a few months
