Job Description Position Overview Job Description US Dental Sales Executive We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven US Dental Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying and connecting with dental practices, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), and related healthcare businesses in the United States to promote our Virtual Assistant services, including Dental RCM, Insurance Verification, and Eligibility services. The ideal candidate should have experience in US healthcare/dental sales, strong networking abilities, and a proven track record in business development. Key Responsibilities - Identify, research, and generate leads of dental practices, DSOs, and dental billing companies across the US. - Promote Virtual Admins services: - Dental RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) - Insurance Verification - Eligibility Services - Other Dental Virtual Assistant solutions - Build strong relationships with dental professionals and decision-makers. - Conduct outbound calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking to engage prospects. - Deliver compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to explain service value. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. - Stay updated on US dental industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitor offerings. - Maintain accurate records of leads, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM systems. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field. - Proven experience in US healthcare/dental sales, BPO, or outsourcing services. - Familiarity with Dental RCM, insurance verification, and eligibility processes (preferred). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online platforms. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.). Preferred Skills - Experience selling virtual assistants/offshore staffing to US clients. - Knowledge of US healthcare/dental compliance (HIPAA, insurance systems). - Ability to present value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong network within the US dental or healthcare domain.
