**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within assigned territory or client segment.
- Conduct **cold calling and outbound sales calls** to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Present and promote dispatch services to new and existing customers.
- Understand client needs and provide customized logistics or dispatch solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
- Follow up on sales leads, prepare proposals/quotations, and negotiate contracts or pricing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in dispatch, logistics, transportation, or related industry.
- Proven track record in outbound sales or cold calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with dispatch and logistics systems.
- Knowledge of the local market and transportation networks.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage.
