**Social Media Executive**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor company presence on social media & handle all customer queries on social media.
- Launch advertisements to increase brand awareness
- Updation of website stock and website orders execution.
- Be well-read on company policies and the website for FAQs or policy related answers.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries.
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls of customers.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Excellent understanding of Social Media concepts and content generation
- Strong multitasking, time management, and target achieving skills
- Strong creative and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills with good command over the English language

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Social media marketing: 3 years (preferred)
