**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Create and curate content, including text, images, and videos, that align with our brand voice and values.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design and photo editing tools.
- Understanding of social media metrics and ability to analyze data to inform strategy.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices.
