Job Title: Social Media Executive
Package: 20K - 28K monthly
Location: Sector 10, Gurgaon
Education: Graduate (any degree)
Experience: 2 - 4 Years Minimum

**Job Summary**: The Social Media Executive is responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement on various social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and meet business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the brand's social media presence remains innovative and effective.

**Content Creation**:

- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social channels.

**Community Management**:

- Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to build a strong online community.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support product launches, events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Use social media analytics tools to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports detailing key performance metrics and trends, providing insights for future strategies.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure social media efforts align with overall business goals.
- Work closely with influencers and other industry partners to amplify brand reach.

**Social Media Advertising**:

- Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and audience targeting.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of photo/video editing software.
- Familiarity with SEO principles.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
