**Job Title: Social Media Executive**

**Experience**:Min 5-8 years of experience in a social media or related domain

**Job Summary**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's social media strategy. Your primary goal will be to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business results through various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and monitor social media channels.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's marketing goals.
- Identify target audience and create content that resonates with them.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to recommend new strategies.
- Generate creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Manage and optimize social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
- Develop and create social media graphics.
- Maintain a secure database of login credentials for all social media accounts.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Recommend and implement new features and strategies as appropriate.

**Qualification and Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
