We are seeking a talented and creative SMO Executive (Social Media Optimization Executive) to manage and enhance our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Pinterest.
  • Create engaging, relevant, and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, and videos).
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize page performance and improve engagement through creative campaigns and contests.
  • Respond to audience interactions and manage online reputation.
  • Analyze monthly performance reports (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).
  • Run and monitor paid promotions or ads on social media (if required).

Requirements & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive / SMO Executive.
  • Strong understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for trends and aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
