Qurbat is a growing fashion brand known for its contemporary ethnic wear and creative designs. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Social Media Executive who can drive our online presence and engage our audience through compelling storytelling and creative content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow Qurbat's social media handles — primarily Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars focusing on brand visibility and engagement
  • Collaborate with influencers and creators for campaigns and product promotions
  • Create and edit engaging videos, reels, thumbnails, and voiceovers for social media platforms
  • Coordinate with the graphic design team to produce visually appealing creatives for product launches and festive campaigns
  • Work on strategies to boost organic reach and sales through engaging, trend-based content
  • Analyze social media performance, track insights, and optimize content accordingly
  • Stay updated with current fashion and social media trends to create relevant, high-performing content

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a fashion or lifestyle brand
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and influencer marketing
  • Experience in content creation, voiceovers, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe tools)
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop new content ideas aligned with brand aesthetics
  • Understanding of organic marketing and sales-driven campaigns
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
