Job Title: Social Media Executive

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Salary Range: 25,000 to 30,000 per month

Location: Sector 67, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage companys social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to enhance engagement.
  • Run paid campaigns if needed (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to boost reach and ROI.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and queries to build community engagement.
  • Stay updated with latest social media tools, algorithms, and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Any Bachelors degree.
  • 2 to 3 years proven experience in managing social media for company
  • Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design / editing tools.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
