Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance brand identity and engagement.
  • Create visually appealing and compelling content across all major social media platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with company objectives and campaigns.
  • Manage and oversee social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
  • Work with influencers and build partnerships to increase the reach and impact of our social media efforts.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin Advertising, with a keen understanding of campaigns, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
  • In-depth experience with Facebook Ads Manager to strategize, implement, and analyze ad campaigns effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics for monitoring and evaluating digital marketing strategies and campaign performance.
  • Creativity in content creation across various social media platforms to engage and grow an audience.
  • Experience using Hootsuite or similar tools for social media scheduling, monitoring, and managing multiple accounts efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing engaging visuals and materials for social media campaigns.
