Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing engaging content strategies across digital platforms, with a focus on social media. If you have a flair for storytelling, a strong understanding of social trends, and a passion for travel, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars for social media platforms.
  • Write engaging captions, video scripts, carousels, and promotional content.
  • Regularly post reels, stories, and carousels across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments and DMs, and coordinate lead transfers to the sales team.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.) and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams to create compelling visual content.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
  • Stay updated on current trends in travel, content, and social media to keep our presence fresh and relevant.

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in content writing, social media, or digital marketing.
  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to write in a tone consistent with the brand.
  • Proficiency in Instagram and short-form video content.
  • Organized, multitasking professional comfortable working across teams.
  • Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus.
  • Bonus points for writing witty one-liners and engaging reel scripts.
