A Social Media Executive is responsible for driving the brand's digital presence by managing, strategizing, and executing social media communication across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Threads. The candidate will oversee the entire social media cycle—from content planning to execution, posting, monitoring, and reporting.

The job involves creating innovative content ideas, preparing monthly content calendars, writing captions, coordinating with designers and video editors, and ensuring timely posting. A strong understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and viral formats is necessary. They should be familiar with reel trends, meme formats, influencer-style content, and brand engagement techniques.

The Social Media Executive must also manage community engagement by replying to comments, responding to DMs, handling queries, and managing brand reputation online. They will track daily social media metrics and generate performance reports to identify growth opportunities.

They may also assist with basic ad management on Meta and LinkedIn, helping boost posts, run awareness campaigns, and monitor ad performance. Understanding hashtags, analytics, and content optimization is essential.
