**Job Summary**:
We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team. As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our global clientele through phone interactions. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products or services.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently.
- Offer solutions or escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving resolution on the first contact.
- **Communication**:

- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude during customer interactions.
- Effectively communicate complex information to customers in a clear and understandable manner.
- **Documentation**:

- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Update customer information and account details as needed.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain high-quality standards in customer service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and process improvements.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
- Provide feedback on common customer issues to improve overall service quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional education or relevant certifications in customer service is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in international voice process/customer support is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle stress and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in English (additional language skills may be an asset).
- **Availability**:

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends based on business requirements.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,627.65 per month
