**Job Profile**: Customer Care Executive

**Location**:Jaipur (Work From Office)

**Salary**: ₹27,000 to ₹32,000 CTC (Annual Income) - Based on interview, experience, and qualifications

**Responsibilities**:

- Escalate customer queries via call, phone, chat, and mail.
- Resolve issues for international customers.
- Provide the best resolution to customer queries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Meet customer requirements and ensure satisfaction with effective resolutions.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification**: 12th Pass
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months required
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) - Most Important
- Basic computer knowledge
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment (Night, Noon, Day) - 9-hour shifts as per business requirements
- **Working Days**: 6 days a week

**Additional Benefits**:

- **Relocation Bonus**: ₹10,000 (International process) after probation period of 3 months
- **Accommodation**: Free guest house accommodation for 14 days (only stay).
- **Travel Reimbursement**:Up to ₹700 for travel tickets

**Post-Selection**:

- Letter of Intent (LOI) provided upon selection
- No leaves for the first 90 days, apart from week-offs
