**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Receive and make phone calls to address client inquiries, provide information, and assist with resolving issues.
- Engage in live chats with clients to address their queries, provide guidance, and offer support.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and maintaining positive relationships.
- Actively listen to clients' needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
- Provide accurate and relevant information to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients.
- Proficiency in any other additional language is considered a plus.
- Strong listening skills to understand clients' requirements and address their concerns appropriately.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple communication channels simultaneously.
- Good organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client issues and find appropriate solutions.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication with clients.
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year to 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
