Job Title: High Ticket Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new high-ticket clients and retain existing ones for the company's premium kids entertainment packages and events.
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, event organizers, and affluent families for high-value sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and gather insights to develop tailored sales pitches and proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collaterals, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Manage and mentor a team of high-ticket sales representatives, providing coaching, training, and guidance to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of closing high-ticket sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for the kids entertainment industry and a customer-centric approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,905.41 - ₹33,333.00 per month
