Permanent Position Fresher Ground Staff Ticketing Executive Immediate Joining Company Overview Viswamitempowersolution is a leading provider of power solutions and services in Kolkata West Bengal India We are committed to providing reliable and efficient power solutions to our clients We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fresher Ground Staff Ticketing Executive As a Fresher Ground Staff Ticketing Executive you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring smooth operations at the airport Your main duties will include - Greeting and assisting passengers at the check-in counter - Issuing tickets and boarding passes - Handling baggage and ensuring it is properly tagged and loaded onto the correct flights - Assisting passengers with special needs or requests - Communicating with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure timely departure and arrival of flights - Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of ticket sales and transactions - Ensuring compliance with all airport and airline regulations and procedures - Providing information to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations - Assisting with security and safety procedures including baggage screening and passenger screening - Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the airport Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts and on weekends - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Contract Details This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays Immediate joining is preferred If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for customer service and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity we encourage you to apply for this position Join us at Viswamitempowersolution and be a part of our dynamic team
