Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive high-ticket service sales.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to refine our approach.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Engage with potential clients in the Bengali-speaking market.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Presentation and Demonstration:
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Showcase the unique value propositions of our neurodevelopmental services.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
  • Understand their concerns and offer tailored solutions.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Provide insights on client preferences and market demands.
  • Targets and Reporting:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a high-ticket sales closer, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bengali and English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Familiarity with neurodevelopmental services or healthcare industry is a plus.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving market trends and client needs.
