Job Description:
Job Title: Air Ticketing Executive

Location: Kolkata(Dakshindari-near Ultadanga)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Air Ticketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ticketing: Issue, reissue, exchange, and cancel airline tickets  according to airline rules and regulations.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight changes, special requests, and resolve ticketing issues efficiently.
  • Fare Calculation: Accurately calculate fares, taxes, and apply ticketing rules in compliance with airline policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records for all ticket transactions, including exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Booking Support: Handle complex bookings, including group, multi-city, or special requests.
  • System Expertise: Stay up to date with new GDS system features to improve ticketing processes.
  • Visa Assistance (Plus Point): Provide guidance or assistance on visa requirements and processing .
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in any air ticketing software  [proficiency in Amadeus or other GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Galileo)(Preferable)]
  • Strong knowledge of international airfares, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer service-driven approach.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of visa processing is a plus.
