**Job Title**: Air Ticketing Executive

**Location**: Kolkata(Dakshindari)
**Experience Required**: Minimum 2 years in Air Ticketing
**Skills Required**: Proficient in **Amadeus** or any **GDS Booking System**
**Additional Skills**: Knowledge of visa processing is a plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ticketing**: Issue, reissue, exchange, and cancel airline tickets using **Amadeus** or other **GDS platforms** (Sabre, Galileo, etc.) according to airline rules and regulations.
- **Customer Service**: Assist customers with booking inquiries, flight changes, special requests, and resolve ticketing issues efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records for all ticket transactions, including exchanges, cancellations, and refunds.
- **Booking Support**: Handle complex bookings, including group, multi-city, or special requests.
- **System Expertise**: Stay up to date with new GDS system features to improve ticketing processes.
- **Visa Assistance (Plus Point)**: Provide guidance or assistance on visa requirements and processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years** of experience in air ticketing with proficiency in **Amadeus** or other **GDS systems** (e.g., Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong knowledge of international airfares, ticketing rules, and airline policies.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-driven approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- **Knowledge of visa processing** is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
