Key Responsibilities:

- Pricing Management: Develop and maintain air import pricing for inbound shipments based on market trends, cost analysis, and client requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitive analysis to ensure that the company's air import rates remain competitive.
- Vendor Negotiation: Collaborate with airline carriers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to negotiate favorable terms and rates.
- Cost Optimization: Work with the operations team to evaluate and optimize costs associated with air import logistics.
- Quote Preparation: Prepare accurate and timely quotations for air import shipments and communicate them to the sales team and customers.
- Coordination with Sales: Collaborate with the sales team to align on customer-specific pricing and ensure that pricing structures are in line with company objectives.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of pricing data, vendor contracts, and any other relevant documentation in a systematic manner.
- Reporting:Provide regular pricing reports and analysis to senior management to track profitability, costs, and market trends.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries regarding pricing, terms, and conditions.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in air freight pricing, logistics, or freight forwarding, preferably in an air import role.
- Skills:

- Strong knowledge of air import processes and pricing mechanisms.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with freight forwarding software and pricing tools is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Location: Must be based in or around Andheri, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹13,797.18 - ₹30,256.28 per month
