Role & responsibilities

1) Coordinating with Key Accounts for new bookings and arrange flight bookings from origin 2) Handling and Executing Air Import shipments from booking till arrival stage a. Uploading pre alert docs in Customer Exim Portal b. Uploading Bills in Customer Exim Portal 3) Maintaining Weekly Reports for customers 4) Ensuring billing is completed ontime and sending bills to Cnee 5) Maintaining billing stats and reports 6) Attending monthly MBR and Quarterly QBR 7) Supporting customers with proactive shipment status, solutions and support for all their prime shipments on timely basis. 8) Coordinating with Agents and Carriers for Pricing. 9) Quoting Pricing for Air/Ocean Imports/Exports. 10) Handling and Executing Air/Ocean Imports/Exports. 11) Visit Customers on regular basis for feedback and service evaluation. 12) Generate reports and monitor KPI, Milestone entries, ROTP 13) Proactively update customers and business owners of shipment issues/ discrepancies/ delays. 14) Organize independent/ 3rd party surveys for damaged/ pilfered shipments on behalf of customer/ their appointed agents if any as requested, and our operations team. 15) Coordinate with operations on the release of documents to agents/ customers if shipments are to port. 16) Follow up with operations to ensure shipments get out for delivery timely. 17) Maintain issue logs for accounts handled and ensuring all issues are attended and responded to timely with proper documented evidence.
