Job Profile as below –

 Supervision of all activities of Air Branch. i.e., Air Export / Air Import / Domestic &

Breakbulk on daily basis.

 Thorough Knowledge of Customs, HS Codes, Rules Notifications etc.

 Knowledge of Costing and Expenses

 Analysis the rates from different carriers / agents and taking out the best

competitive rate and sharing quotation to Customer. - One to one Enquiry /RFQs/

Tender / Bids

 Follow up with sales team for the rates quoted

 Supervision of sales and gross profit report to assess company efficiency.

 Supervision of shipments on a daily basis and ensure timely delivery.

 Responsible towards achieving target of the department

 Revenue Generation for the department by meeting potential customers & existing

customers.

 Managing & supervising team of 8-10 employees.

 To work with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations.

 new employees with training and new hire documentation.

 Responsible for timely payment collection

 Customer Complaint Resolution
