- **Creating and maintaining filing systems**: Developing efficient systems for organizing and storing documents, both physical and electronic.
Scheduling and Coordination:
- **Scheduling appointments and meetings**: Managing calendars, coordinating schedules, and booking meeting rooms.
- **Coordinating travel arrangements**: Booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for staff.
- **Organizing events and conferences**: Assisting with planning and coordinating various events.
General Support:
- **Ordering and managing office supplies**: Ensuring adequate supplies are on hand and managing inventory.
- **Assisting with financial tasks**: Processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
- **Providing general administrative support to staff**: Assisting with various tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Handling confidential and sensitive information**: Maintaining discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
