Office Administrator/administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Daily Reporting: Accurately and efficiently enter daily reports into the organization's system.
- Client Communication: Answer and direct incoming calls, providing professional and courteous service to clients and colleagues.
- Client Follow-up: Proactively follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction and build strong relationships.
- General Office Administration: Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
- Basic Accounting: Handle daily accounting tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with basic bookkeeping.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic accounting knowledge and experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,853.39 per month
