**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Handle office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.
- Greet visitors and provide assistance when needed.
- Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Help with basic accounting tasks like invoice processing or expense tracking.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
- Experience in a Logistics work environment.
- Willing to travel as needed to assist with operations at other branches.
- Experience in Procurement and Inventory handling.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping is a plus.

- **Education**:Any Graduates.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
